Just checked wowhead and their map has the option to show all kinds of npcs but for the eastern plaguelands you cant select repairs, nor innkeeper.

However, a restriction apply: if Hero's call is active in quest log, players can't obtain any other breadcumb quest, so they must turn in Hero's call first before obtaining other breadcumb quests.

A Ziggurat is a Scourge (and Forsaken) structure, currently found in Stratholme, the Eastern Plaguelands and the Ghostlands. These towers of the ancient spider kingdom of Azjol-Nerub are called into service once again to provide a source of raw energy for undead forces.
